Children’s Fate was launched to carry out its activities in accordance to its objectives in the following departments as a children’s empowerment organization.
- Organize frequent sensitizations and campaigns against unnecessary and indiscriminate abortion.
- Out-rightly denounce cases of abortion and other forms of child murder. These are done both physically and online.
- Organize sensitizations against the rampant abandoning and dumping of children.
- Put in place a rapid response mechanism in collaboration with hospitals, health centres and practitioners to mobilise and help children in need of urgent medical intervention.
- Organize information campaigns to bring to light issues surrounding prenatal care, safe delivery, post-natal care as well as good practices and attitudes of health workers.
- Organize educative sessions with parents on good child care practices including nutrition and vaccination against diseases.
- Sensitize the society on the importance of education in the development of children.
- Collaborate with educational institutions to educate and sensitize children and youths.
- Put in place a sustainable mentoring mechanism that will involve the children, teachers as well as their parents.
- Organize back to school campaigns every year to ensure that under-privileged and vulnerable children can go to school.
- Carry out and promote community based educational initiatives.
Collaborate with communities and other stake holders to provide child protection and psychosocial support to children and parents. - Organize frequent trainings, workshops to enable older children and parents gain skills on income generating activities.
